Recipe is easy to fallow, all you need is (keep in mind this is portion for 2 max people):
- around 10 shrimps
- 1 marrow
- 1 onion
- 2-3 tomatos
- 2-3 carrots
- 200 gr rise
- sauer- sweet chinese sauce
- spices what you like but me personally like to use a lot of fresh herbs like parsley
What fallow is to cut all the vegetables mix them in one pan with really just a bit of olive oil and leave them under cover so they can get soft. Smash the tomatoes ( you can always use ready made tomato sauce, but never can taste like fresh) and add the fresh tomato sauce in the pan, leave it 5-6 min and add the shrimps. When shrimps are ready, put the chinese sauce and the herbs. Separately boil/steam the rice. You can always add salt and pepper but I don't like, so I cook without. Best part is to serve it and enjoy it like I did :)) xoxo
