Hi there sweeties,
today I started new workout series called Zumba Fitness. Have you ever heard about Zumba? No, well, me neither since last week when I read an interview with Zumba dancers, who explain how fun and mean time great work out it is. Zumaba is mix of different latino dances, which are so fast and dynamic, that I easily can say is best cardio work out, ever. Today was my first class and I totally loved it. I like latino dances and rhythm so much. This music always make me relax and now when it is easy to burn calories with it, there is really nothing to stop me practicing Zumba 3-5 times a week.
